Megan wins prestigious award

On Saturday 16th of September 2017, the team attended the 2017 The Dental Assistants' Professional Association conference, held at the International Convention Centre Sydney - ICC Sydney.

Megan was nominated for The Vern-Barnett Award for Excellence in Dental Assisting by Dr David Ward and was crowned the winner by a selection of Dentists, Mrs Vern-Barnett and industry peers from the Dental Assistants Professional Association.

What does the award stand for?

Nominations had to meet a selection criteria; 
Influence a student
Volunteered to help the underserved
Organised continuing education courses
Developed procedures to improve the workplace
Be an exceptional mentor for staff or made your workplace a better environment in which to operate

Town of Murals 2017 Art Show

The inaugural Towns of Murals Art Show attracted more than 200 entries

The Town of Murals Art Show was officially open on Saturday 9th of September 2017.

With over 200 high quality entries, the judges sure had a tough job picking the winners.

We would like to extend our congratulations to all the entries.

Senior Youth – first prize, Ariel Dreaming by Abby Ussher; second, Green Tree Frog by Matilda Brown; third, Wandering Girl by Ebony Cannon.

Youth – Japanese Dragon by Ryan Lewis

Junior Youth (joint winners) – Home by Mekari Trevor Pattern; Spiderman by Chantelle Gray; The Past and the New by Luca Heibel
